Care and Consideration
Due to the nature of the business as groomers we have to use sharp tools and working with sometimes unpredictable pets accidents can occasionally happen. This is very rare and we do our upmost to ensure the safety of our clients with careful handling. In the unlikely event of an accident your pet will be given immediate first aid and you will be informed upon collection. If further Veterinary assistance is required we will work with you and your vet to ensure your pet receives the care and attention they require.
We request that any behaviour or bite history is reported before booking an appointment to ensure the safety of the staff and your pet. Careful measures can be taken for nervous and reactive pets. We can even arrange specialised 1:1 appointments if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes you will need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Life is busy & things crop up!
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible so I can offer other clients the appointment time.
A cancellation fee will be applied for the following:
Within 48hrs prior to appointment:
50% of booking value.
Less then 24hrs or 'no shows':
100% of booking value.
You will also be asked to make upfront payments for services following a late notice or no show.
